Choosing the Right Tech Stack for your Online Courses – and become Business Savvy
This can be quite daunting if you have not experienced the online world. Sure, we can all search the internet for information, however if you don’t understand the strategic strategy, then later down the track you will find out that the chooses may not meet your requirements.
I recall many conversations with new entrepreneurs who have had websites designed, and then be in tears, as they realized it didn’t meet their future needs. Believe me it can be very confusing if you haven’t had experience within the business trenches.
Did you know that today, there are some amazing tools, that are really user friendly? The online world calls them ‘drop and drag’. Recently I saved around $5,000 from simply designing my own website and using the right tools. It took me 2 days to design my site using amazing templates and theme builders that replace the need of outsourcing to contractors. Not only did I save money, I also spend the process up, as it was going to take them one month to complete. And I needed it now.
I remember when I first started business, back in 2001, I simply didn’t know what to do. I would attend networking events, and members would approach me saying that I needed to spend lots of money on different things for my business. There was one time I spend $10,000 on branding and only got a logo, letterhead, business card and banner. I was like a lamb being lead to slaughter.
Of course, over the 19 years in the trenches, within my business, I now know how to choose the right resources and make better decisions. I recently re-branded my business and it only cost me $200.00. Damn I wish I knew this information back when I first started business.
That was just one bad decision that I made, due to not knowing where to start. My purpose today is to support entrepreneurs to become business savvy. Yep that is right. I tech them the whole process from start to finish.
Over the last 19 years I have invested thousands of dollars, and lots of time, to educate myself my working with the top entrepreneurs within the world. This education has supported my business growth, along with huge savings within my business.
As an entrepreneur you need to make the right choices and develop business savviness. Now you can work it out yourself and continue to learn from your wrong choices, or you can learn from experienced entrepreneurs who have done the hard yards.

One of the essential things in business is knowing what is required to be completed. Remember when we delegate or outsource, the responsibility still remains with us to manage the project efficiently.
You may not want to develop or implement these digital skills into your business, however when outsourcing you need to be business savvy.
There will be times that you doubt yourself. And I certainly do at times as well. I am continually surprised that the work I deliver out performs at times what I outsource.
It is all about having a balance. And who knows you may start to enjoy technology as I do today. To be honest I never thought that I would enjoy strategic marketing. Today I thrive on it , and motivated to keep supporting my clients towards success within their business.
